Job description:

As our part of the development team, you will work with analysts, product managers and stakeholders, and other engineers to conceive, develop, test, and iterate on features and functionality for our iPhone app. In addition to software development, you will also participate in discussions about product ideation, proof-of-concepts, and give your feedback on ideas.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire iOS software development life cycle, end to end, playing a critical role in creating, and perfecting our iOS apps.
  • Be comfortable delivering high quality work, with a quick turnaround rate.
  • Able to manage AppStore submissions as well as test and beta builds.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field, with 3+ years of engineering experience. (M.S in Computer Science a plus).
  • A disciplined approach to development, documentation and code structure.
  • Experience with Swift, Core Text, Core Data, Grand Central Dispatch and Core Graphics performance.
  • Expertise with Objective-C, Swift 2.0, and Xcode.
  • Experience with iOS provisioning, build settings, and automation.
  • Experience with web development, distributed systems and parallel processing.
  • Experience working closely with product teams, designers, and other developers to - create a truly delightful mobile experience.
  • An excellent understanding of networking, mobile network issues, concurrency and threading.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in small start-up environments a plus.
